Classes and Schedule

Class Descriptions

We look forward to having a great time with you while burning calories!! Bungee fitness is a fun and low impact workout!!! If your looking for a great time come take a class with us!!! First time....Come try a class and get one free!!! BOGO!!!

Level 1 Bungee

This basic intro class is the place to start. Learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and push-ups. Take this class as often as needed until you feel comfortable with these basic movements and terminology. This class will get the heart rate up, all while having fun. During this class, we will learn the basic routines and steps to get you ready for Bungee Level 2. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance.

level 2 bungee

 This class is only IF you have taken Level 1 Bungee. Level 2 is the next step up from our intro class, as it increases skill and cardio for those ready to take on more routines. Building on the basics and learning more flies as we challenge you towards more advanced skills. We will be doing repetitive techniques and mixed dance routines to get you ready for more Level 3! 

level 3 bungee

We are stepping it up from Level 2 and taking it a step further. You are ready for this class ONLY IF you have mastered the Knee Fly, Fly Spring, Needle Tap, Scorpion, Stars/Tucks, Dolphin, and Triple Burpee (Taught in levels 1 and 2). If you are unsure of the skill listed above, you are NOT ready for this class. We require you take a Level 2 5-6 times BEFORE advancing to Level 3. This is to help avoid frustration and injury. In this class, we are in fat burning mode the entire workout, so get ready to burn some major calories!

Bungee Bootcamp

This class is if you have taken a Level 1. Bungee Bootcamp incorporates Bungee Fitness with light weight dumbbells as well as body weight exercises for a full body cardio blast and strength training. This class is not required to advance from level 1. Bungee bootcamp incorporates flys from level 1.

Quick FLY

This class is if you have taken a Level 1. This class is for the Lunchtime warriors that want a high cardio workout compacted into 30 minutes!! PERFECT for people whom need that lunch time fitness!!!
